AceIt helps you prepare for job interviews. We take privacy seriously and only collect what we need to make Ayah work for you.
• Account info: email, display name, profile photo (optional).
• Profile inputs: industry, seniority, career goal, optional CV upload.
• Practice data: audio recordings of your interview answers, AI transcripts and feedback, and your job tracks/sessions.
• Subscription state: whether you are on the free or paid tier (we do NOT see your payment card; that is handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat).
• Device info needed to operate the app (anonymous diagnostics only — no advertising IDs).
Your CV and recordings are sent to our secure backend, processed by Google Gemini to generate questions, transcripts, and feedback, and stored against your account so you can revisit past sessions.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We do not show ads.
AceIt's core features are powered by a third-party AI service. We ask for your explicit permission before any of your personal data is sent there, and nothing is sent until you agree.
What is sent: the job post link or job description you provide; your CV text and the profile details you enter (name, industry, seniority, goal); and audio recordings of your practice answers together with the transcripts produced from them.
Who it is sent to: Google, via the Gemini API. Google receives this content, processes it under the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google's privacy commitments for API customers, and returns the generated questions, transcript and feedback to AceIt. We share only what that processing requires.
How it is used: solely to generate your interview questions, transcribe your spoken answers, and produce your feedback and scores. It is not used for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Withdrawing consent: you can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy. Once off, AceIt stops sending your data to Google Gemini and the AI features stop working, while the rest of the app — the 500+ question library, quick tips and your past sessions — keeps working.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, serverless backend.
• Google Gemini & Cloud Text-to-Speech — AI-powered question generation, answer evaluation, and Ayah's voice.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement tracking.
• Apple / Google — sign-in providers and in-app purchase processing.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We share only what is needed for that provider to do its job.
You can change your email or password from Settings → Account.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete My Data & Account. This removes your CV, audio recordings, transcripts, and Firebase auth record.
If you are in the EU/UK, you may also request a copy of your data by emailing support@aceit.app.
Audio recordings and transcripts are retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, this data is removed within 30 days from all backups.
AceIt is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.
